Girls Roundup: Schroeder gets 200th career win

ARLINGTON — Columbus Grove coach Brian Schroeder picked up his 200th career win in a 13-point victory over Arlington (9-10).

The Bulldogs (15-4) spread out the attack on offense with nine points from both Lauryn Auchmuty and Allison Thompson.

St. Henry 48, Bath 39

ST. HENRY — Bath (13-6) got out to a 20-6 lead in the first quarter but couldn’t hold on in a loss to St. Henry (12-5).

Kelsie Carlson paced the Wildkittens with 11 points. Both Anne Oliver and Claire Foust added 10.

Kalida 58, Pandora-Gilboa 35

KALIDA — Kalida (12-6) pulled away from Pandora Gilboa (8-12) for a PCL win.

Whitney Unverferth paced the Wildcats with 14 points, while Meredith Bockrath added nine.

The Rockets got 12 points from Ava Huffman and seven from Lauren Teders.

Ottoville 55, Leipsic 31

LEIPSIC — Ottoville (16-4) outscored Leipsic (8-10) 20-5 in the second quarter and cruised to a 24-point PCL victory.

Brooklyn Koester of Ottoville led all scorers with 15 points.

Leipsic looked to Ava Henry for eight.
