Roundup: Goecke sets new career-high in Spencerville’s win over Bluffton

SPENCERVILLE — Spencerville (11-8) took care of Bluffton (7-11) to pick up their second NWC win.

Clara Goecke set a new career high of 24 points to lead all scorers. Heidi Keller added 14.

Bluffton got five points apiece from Ayla Grandey, Lauren Bassett, and Blair Utendorf.

Crestview 66, Ada 18

CONVOY — Crestview improved to 17-2 with a runaway victory over Ada (7-11).

Cali Gregory scored a game-high 19 points for the Knights. Ellie Kline added 14.

Anna Conley topped Ada’s box score with eight points.

Bath 39, Defiance 21

DEFIANCE — Bath (13-5) led 17-10 at the break and 28-14 after three quarters in an 18-point win over Defiance (1-17).

Liberty Benton 68, Pandora-Gilboa 24

FINDLAY — Lauren Gerken’s 29-point outing led Liberty Benton (14-3) past Pandora-Gilboa (8-11).

Ava Huffman paced the Rockets with 16 points.

Perry 65, Waynesfield Goshen 54

WAYNESFIELD — Khaliah Luster’s monster 32-point performance carried Perry to an 11-point win over Waynesfield-Goshen.

Tatelyn Faraglia led the Tigers with 20 points. Raegan Hutchison added 12.

Van Wert 41, Shawnee 25

SHAWNEE TOWNSHIP — Van Wert (5-14) locked down Shawnee (7-10) for a 16-point win.

The Indians looked to Haileigh Stump for six points.

Ottawa-Glandorf 65, Celina 29

CELINA — Ottawa-Glandorf remained dominant in WBL play with a 37-point win over Celina.

Katie Kaufman led all scorers with 15 points for the Titans.

Hardin Northern 57, Crestline 53

DOLA — Hardin Northern used double overtime to knock off Crestline.

Lainey Thomas paced the Polar Bears with 20 points. Heidi Trachsel added 15.

Crestline looked to Jocelyn Noblit for 23 points and Kennedi Sipes for 18.

St. Marys 60, Kenton 56

KENTON — St. Marys (10-8) outscored Kenton (8-11) 18-7 in the first quarter and held on for a four-point win.

Reagan Allemeier (15), Reese Rable (13) and Claire Turner (10) finished the night in double figures for the Roughriders.

Sadie Larrabee of Kenton led all scorers with 16, followed by Macee Heckathorn with 15 and Liv Nolting with 10.
