AMERICAN TOWNSHIP — Law enforcement identified the victim of Sunday’s shooting on Glenwood Avenue as 41-year-old Sandros Boddie Jr.
Deputies from the Allen County Sheriff’s Office found Boddie dead inside a garage at 2226 N. Glenwood Ave., where deputies were called late Sunday evening in response to an active fight with gunfire, according to a release from the sheriff’s office.
D’Juan McLaurin Sr., who deputies also found inside the residence, was taken into custody at the Allen County Jail as a person of interest. Jail records indicate McLaurin is being held on a preliminary charge of murder. No bond has been set.
