Putnam County Common Pleas Court

The following individuals were indicted Wednesday by the Putnam County Grand Jury.

Joseph Bardo, 46, Willoughby; non support of dependents.

Joy E. Howard, 35, Lima; theft.

Justin W. Sergent, 35, Lima; aggravated possession of drugs and receiving stolen property.

Daniel Lamoreux, 35, Ottawa; forgery.

Kevin A. Yoh, 44, McComb; aggravated possession of drugs.

Kevin M. Arnone, 39, Ottawa; two counts aggravated possession of drugs.

Elyssa M. Gutierrez, 22, Columbus Grove; drug abuse/possesion.

Steven R. Cramer, 55, Ottawa; domestic violence.

Ernest Gutierrez, 56, Ottawa; aggravated possession of drugs, failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dec. 12

Matthew Tucker, Cloverdale, was granted a divorce Sarah Tucker, Continental. They were married Oct. 4, 2014 in Van Wert and have three children.

Juan Cabrera, Leipsic, and Marilyn Cabrera, Leipsic, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married July 11, 2011 in Ottawa and have two children.

Dec. 13

Scott J. Osting, Ottawa, and Roberta L. Osting, Traverse City, Mich., were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Sept. 30, 2019 in Hocking County and have no children.

Dec. 14

Michele L. Loveday, 40, Deshler, pleaded guilty to aggravated possession of drugs (attempt). She faces up to 18 months in prison, and $5,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a presentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 1:30 p.m. Feb. 5. Any illegal drugs seized in the within action will be forfeited to the arresting agency.

Jane Elsea, Pandora, and Mark R. Elsea, Pandora; dissolution of marriage without children.

Sheila Kortokrax, Delphos, v. Terry Kortokrax, Fort Jennings; legal separation.

Mary Jane Eagleson, Continental, and Joseph Eagleson, Continental, v. Armour Roofing & Restoration, LLC, Piqua; other civil.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

Dec. 11

Walter L. Sims, Jr., 44, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended, $250 fine. Charges of open container and tail/license plate light were dismissed.

Isiah B. Clay, 23, Lima, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of criminal mischief. Sentence: 60 days jail, 58 days suspended, $150 fine and complete a drug/alcohol assessment. A charge of assault was dismissed.

Ignacio G. Kleman, 22, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 174 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one year license suspension, with credit for six days jail upon completion of DIP. He was ordered to pay court costs for marked lanes. Another charge of OVI was dismissed.

Dec. 12

Edward J. Sellars, 44, Fort Jennings, pleaded guilty to menacing. Sentence: 30 days jail, 25 days suspended, $100 fine. A charge of domesic violence was dismissed.

James R. Yates, 22, Lima, was fined $250 for invalid deer permit.

Zackary R. Burke, 21, Lima, was fined $250 for invalid deer permit.

Nicole A. Castillo, 38, Ottawa, was fined $100 for driving under suspension – license fofeiture.

Dec. 14

Miranda Briggs, 21, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. She was ordered to pay court costs for failure to control. Two other OVI offenses were dismissed.

Putnam County Municipal Court judgments

Dec. 11

American Express National Bank, Independence, transfer venue v. Alexander Sanchez, Ottawa, transferred to the Lima Municipal Court.

Capital One, Dublin, agreed judgment v. Daniel C. Good, Fort Jennings, $12,211.15, plus costs.

Dec. 13

Specialty Physicians of Blanchard, Findlay, default judgment v. Beth M. Bragg, Pandora, $839.52, plus interest and costs.
