Carla D. Major, 53, Lima, pleaded guilty to theft. Sentence: 90 days jail, suspended, and complete a mental health assessment.
Donald E. Belcher, 66, Napoleon, was fined $75 for drug paraphernalia and $75 for drug abuse/possession.
Ed R. Lopez, 37, Defiance, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 170 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended and one year license suspension. He also pleaded guilty to driving under OVI suspension. Sentence: 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended. Another charge of OVI was dismissed.
Dec. 4
Christian S. Gallenstein, 25, Defiance, pleaded no contest to driving under OVI suspension and was found guilty. Sentence: 180 days jail, 150 days suspended, and $250 fine. He was also fined $60 for driving with an expired license.
Ivan M. Perez, 21, Custar, was fined $150 for driving without a valid license.
David Berridge, Sr., 56, Continental, was fined $150 for driving without a valid license.
Dec. 5
Kyle Strauer, 43, Kalida, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of disorderly conduct and was fined $75.
Michael W. Parker, 46, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of persistent disorderly conduct. Sentence: 30 days jail, 28 days suspended, $150 fine. A charge of assault was dismissed.
Robero R. Rogelio, 28, Delphos, was fined $150 for driving without a valid license and $50 for expired registration/plates.

Bobby J. Gross, 37, Lima, was fined $150 for failure to reinstate license.
