July 13

Dion J. Fleet, 22, Montpelier, pleaded guilty to grand theft of a motor vehicle. He faces up to 18 months in prison and $5,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a presentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 10 a.m. Aug. 28. Upon agreement of the parties, any drugs seized in the within action will be forfeited to the arresting agency.

July 17

Ethan J. Yinger, 32, Ottawa, was sentenced to 10 months in jail for violating community control standards. The violation included not successfully completing the WORTH Center program. He was placed on five years community control and given credit for 145 days served. He must obtain and maintain employment and successfully complete all counseling and treatment recommended. He had been convicted of aggravated possession of drugs.

Jeremy W. Vold, 49, Napoleon, was placed on five years community control for aggravated possession of drugs. He must obtain and maintain employment and successfully complete all counseling and treatment recommended.

Tyronne M. Florence, 31, Lima, was sentenced to a minimum of six years and to a maximum of nine years in prison for trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound. He was given credit for 105 days served and any additional days while awaiting transport. He must pay restitution of $3,060 to the MAN unit. The 2016 Chevrolet Equinox is to be returned to the owner upon proof of ownership and all evidence is to be destroyed by the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department.

July 18

Nichole M. Knoll, Leipsic, was a granted a divorce from Jeremy J. Knoll, Leipsic. They were married Nov. 28, 2009 in Findlay and have two children.

Lima Memorial Health System was awarded judgment against Tammy Duncan, Leipsic, in the amount of $1,872.54, plus interest and costs.

July 19

Rodney Closson, Ottawa, and Carol Closson, Ogle, Ky., were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Ottawa June 19, 1982 and have no minor children.

July 20

Shawna Harnishfeger, Ottawa, and Jeremy Harnishfeger, Columbus Grove, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married July 21, 2012 in Lima and have three children.

July 21

Alfredo Morin, Ottawa, was granted a divorce from Sandra A. Morin, Ottawa. They were married Sept. 28, 2013 in Ottawa and have no children.

July 13

Trisha R. Haughn, 41, Ottawa, pleaded no contest to animals running at large and was fined $150.

July 17

Jason D. Kline, 38, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of criminal mischief. (victim is a household member) Sentence: 60 days jail, suspended, $150 fine and complete a mental health assessment. A charge of assault was dismissed.

Garrett Z. Langhals, 24, Columbus Grove, was fined $150 for driving under suspension license forfeiture.

July 18

Sandra M. Roa, 50, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of persistent disorderly conduct. Sentence: 30 days jail, 29 days suspended, $150 fine.

Adrian O. Garcia, 41, Ottawa, was fined $150 for driving without a valid license.

July 20

Travis A. Jerwers, 48, Fort Jennings, pleaded no contest to an amended charge of menacing and was found guilty. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, no contact with victim for one year and complete a mental health assessment.

Adrian O. Garcia, 41, Ottawa, was fined $150 for driving without a valid license.
