July 6

Alec C. Fortman, 25, Ottawa, was sentenced to the WORTH Center for failure to comply with the signal of a police officer. He was also sentenced to 10 days in jail and fined $400 for operating a vehicle under the influence. He was placed on five years community control, must obtain, and maintain employment and successfully complete all counseling and treatment recommended. His driver’s license was suspended for five years. Another charge of operating a vehicle under the influence and obstructing official business was dismissed.

Aaron D. Glass, 40, Ottawa, was sentenced to five years community control for an amended charge of theft (amount greater than $1,000). He must pay restitution of $29,132 to the victim, must obtain and maintain employment and successfully complete all counseling and treatment recommended.

Eric J. Guerra, 36, Pandora, was sentenced to 24 months in prison for domestic violence. He was given credit for 83 days previously served.

June 26

Diego P. Velasco, 19, Leipsic, was fined $150 for driving without a valid license.

June 28

Charles J. Gillette, 35, Ottawa, was fined $150 for driving under suspension license forfeiture.

July 3

Geni M. Keiser, 57, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of physical control. Sentence: 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $250 fine, with credit for three days jail for completion of DIP.

Eric M. Randolph, 40, Jerry City, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second offense reckless operation. Sentence: 30 days, 27 days suspended, $250 fine, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP.

July 6

Makenna J. Klausing, 23, Fort Jennings, charged with vehicular assault, a felony, bound over to common pleas court.

Rhonda M. Redd, 47, Findlay, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of no operator’s license. Sentence: $250 fine. A charge of turn signals was dismissed.

Sonya Flores, 51, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to theft. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended, $50 fine, with restitution of $56.15 to Walmart, Ottawa and perform 80 hours community service within 120 days.
