Kristina Ciminillo, Ottawa, was granted a divorce from Scot J. Ciminillo, Powell. They were married Aug. 22, 2008 in Oakland County, Mich., and have one child.

June 21

Lima Memorial Health System was granted judgment against Douglas Anderson, Columbus Grove, in the amount of $2,047, plus costs.

The First National Bank of Pandora was granted a foreclosure judgment against James F. McCleese, Continental, in the amount of $56,229.95, plus interest and costs regarding property in Continental.

Tara N. Bricker, Mount Cory, was granted a divorce from Jesse K. Bricker, Rockford. They were married May 19, 2006 in Wapakoneta and have two children.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

June 16

Gabriel M. Jimenez, 28, Leipsic, was fined $150 for driving without a valid license.

June 20

Andrea C. Rojas, 43, Leipsic, was fined $150 for failure to reinstate license.

Gavin A. Hernandez, 23, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second-offense reckless operation. Sentence: 30 days jail, $250 fine, suspended, granted work release if qualified. He was also fined $50 for right of way/stop sign. Charges of drug paraphernalia and possession of drugs were dismissed.

Sierra A Kiessling, 35, Fort Jennings, pleaded guilty to driving under FRA non-compliance. Sentence: $100 fine. She was also fined $50 for failure to display registration/expired plates.

June 22

Justin R. Wright, 26, Cloverdale, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless operation. Sentence: $150 fine. Charges of drug paraphernalia and drug abuse possession were dismissed.
