June 12

Bradly T. Willoughby, 39, Ottoville, pleaded guilty to domestic violence, a misdemeanor. He faces up to 180 days in jail and $1,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a presentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 9:45 a.m. July 20.

Alex F. Hale, 22, Lima, pleaded guilty to attempted domestic violence. He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a presentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 10:30 a.m. July 27.

June 13

William R. Jackson, Fort Jennings, and Brittney S. Jackson, Fort Jennings, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married April 11, 2008 in Lima and have two children.

June 14

Christina M. Howell, 32, Beaverdam, was referred to the WORTH Center for violating the terms of her treatment in lieu of conviction. The violations included getting arrested in Lucas County charge with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. She was placed on five years community control and was ordered to obtain and maintain employment and successfully complete all counseling and treatment recommended. She was originally convicted of aggravated possession of drugs.

June 12

Landon R. Gordan, 25, Findlay, charged with pandering obscenity of a minor, a felony, bound over to common pleas court.

Robert F. Briner, Jr., 28, Belmore, pleaded guilty to criminal mischief. Sentence: 60 days jail, suspended, $250 fine. A charge of criminal damaging was dismissed.

Corbin K. Contreras, 22, Van Wert, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. Sentence: $150 fine and 180-day license suspension. A charge of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

June 13

Joshua J. Hucke, 35, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to endangering children. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended, $150 fine, and complete assessment at Pathways Counseling Center and abide by their recommendations and perform 80 hours of community service with a child abuse service. A charge of domestic violence was dismissed.

John W. Sharpe, II, 45, Cloverdale, pleaded no contest to failure to reinstate license and was found guilty. Sentence: 180 days jail, 90 days suspended, $250 fine, license suspension of 24 months, complete a mental health assessment. He was also fined $250 for failing to stop after an accident.

June 15

Sherry Laughrey, 49, Spencerville, pleaded guilty to criminal mischief. Sentence: 60 days jail, 59 days suspended, $100 fine, complete a mental health assessment and have no contact with the victim for one year.

Ashley N. Reynolds, 31, Ottawa, was fined $75 for disorderly conduct.
