Putnam County Common Pleas Court

The following individuals were indicted by the Putnam County Grand Jury on Thursday:

Alex J. Hale, 22, Ottoville; domestic violence.

Bradly T. Willoughby, 39, Ottoville; domestic violence.

Chad R. Tousley, 42, Ottawa; domestic violence.

Dion J. Fleet, 22, Montpelier; grand theft of a motor vehicle.

Isaiah J. Lomeli, 25, Leipsic; aggravated vehicular assault and operating a vehicle under the influence.

Alec C. Fortman, 25, Ottawa; failure to comply with order of police order, two counts operating a vehicle under the influence and obstructing official business.

Isaiah R. Siefker, 21, Ottawa; felonious assault.

Garrett R. Schroeder, 18, Ottawa; assault.

Thomas J. Dotson, 40, Vaughnsville; possession of cocaine.

Bryant S. Trenkamp, 34, Continental; possession of cocaine.

Rogelio L. Pardo, 42, Ottawa; possession of cocaine, failure to appear and aggravated possession of drugs.

Tyronne M. Florence, 31, Ottawa; aggravated possession of drugs.

March 24

Katrina R. Bruns, 21, Greenfield, was placed on five years community control for passing bad checks. She must obtain and maintain employment and successfully complete all counseling and treatment recommended. She was ordered to pay restitution of $2,873.84 to Gustwillers Clothing, Beckman Jewelers and True Value Hardware.

March 27

Brandy Smith, Continental, was granted a divorce from Tracey Smith, Continental. They were married Dec. 14, 2002 in Putnam County and have no minor children.

March 29

Jeremy J. Knoll, 47, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to burglary. He faces up to 36 months in prison and $10,000 in fines. He also pleaded guilty to domestic violence, a misdemeanor. He faces up to 180 days in jail and $1,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a presentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 9 a.m. May 18.

March 30

Terry L. Dockery, III, 25, Ottawa, was sentenced to 17 months in prison for assault. He was given credit for 105 days served as of March 30 and any additional days while awaiting transportation to prison.

According to court records, Dockery caused physical harm to Sheriff Deputy Randy Weller of the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office while in the performance of his duties while in Continental on Dec. 11, 2022, in Putnam County.

March 31

Cody A. Hunter, 27, Elida, was sentenced to 90 days jail for domestic violence. He was given credit for 12 days served. He was also placed on five years community control on a charge of trespass in a habitation. He must obtain and maintain employment and successfully complete all counseling and treatment recommended and have no contract with the victim. Charges of assault and criminal damaging/endangering were dismissed.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

March 27

Kesha M. Scott, 30, Findlay, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless operation. Sentence: $150 fine. She was fined $50 for speeding.

Jacob A. Miranda, 38, Deshler, posted bond of $250 for a case where he was charged with failure to reinstate license. He failed to appear for the hearing, so bond was forfeited, and the case was closed.

March 28

Chad R. Tousley, 41, Ottawa, charged with domestic violence, a felony, bound over to common pleas court.

Leslie L. Allen, 46, Lima, was found guilty of theft following a jury trial. Sentence: 180 days jail, 90 days suspended, $100 fine, and complete a mental health assessment. Attorney Austin Buchholz was granted extraordinary fees in the amount of $2,340.

Audry K. Butcher, 44, Defiance, pleaded no contest to driving under FRA/noncompliance and was found guilty. Sentence: 30 days jail, $100 fine, suspended, work release permitted if eligible.

March 30

Cheyenne N. Meyer, 26, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to theft. Sentence: 180 days jail, 170 days suspended, $150 fine, and pay restitution of $308.86 to Tractor Supply, Ottawa.

Jessy D. Layton, 38, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to no operator’s license. Sentence: 180 days jail, 170 days suspended, $100 fine, Layton also pleaded guilty to criminal mischief. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $100 fine.

Dina R. Capetillo, 38, Continental, pleaded guilty to wrongful entrustment. Sentence: $100 fine.
