Putnam County Common Pleas Court

The following were indicted Wednesday by the Putnam County Grand Jury:

Michael J. Amador, 50, Ottawa; domestic violence.

Larry D. Barton, 53, Paulding; breaking and entering.

Jolette K. Cramer, 46, Alger; domestic violence.

Aaron D. Glass, 40, Ottawa; theft from a person in a protected class.

Alanda K. Geckle, 40, Continental; possession of cocaine and two counts of operating a vehicle of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them.

Rogelio L. Pardo, 42, Leipsic; two counts aggravated trafficking in drugs.

Juan F. Pardo, 27, Leipsic; aggravated trafficking in drugs.

Michael McMonigal, 41, Continental; possession of drugs.

Christian G. Moreno, 33, McComb; aggravated trafficking in drugs.

Latonya Wilson, 49, Lima; theft.

Feb. 7

Rodney C. Hall, Sr., 56, Lima, was sentenced to 90 days in jail for nonsupport of dependent. Hall was sentenced last December, and the jail sentence was supposed to have started Feb. 1 but Hall failed to show, and a warrant was issued for his arrest. He was arrested Feb. 6. He was placed on five years community control, must obtain, and maintain employment and make all payments with the child support enforcement agency. Hall must also complete all counseling and treatment recommended.

Feb. 9

Donald E. Hammons, III, 45, Van Wert, was sentenced to four to six years in prison for burglary and six months in prison for trafficking in drugs. He was given credit for 79 days served and any additional time while awaiting transport. The sentence as ordered served consecutively and concurrently with a Van Wert County case. He was ordered to pay $300 restitution to the MAN unit and $1,265 to the victim. A charge of theft was dismissed.

Jared A. Smith, 34, Pandora, was sentenced to 90 days in jail for possession of fentanyl-related compound. He was given credit for 61 days served and placed on five years community control. He must obtain and maintain employment and successfully complete all counseling and treatment recommended.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

Feb. 3

Marcia Smith, 57, Leipsic, was fined $150 for driving under FRA noncompliance.

Feb. 7

Zandra L. Conn, 47, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to OVI first offense. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 160 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one year license suspension, with credit given for six days jail upon completion of DIP. Another charge of OVI was dismissed.

Victor R. Magallanes, 34, Stryker, pleaded no contest to criminal mischief and was found guilty. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $50 fine. He also pleaded no contest to criminal trespassing and was found guilty. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended and pay court costs. He also pleaded no contest to obstructing official business and was found not guilty.

Feb. 9

Jolette K. Cramer, 46, Harrod, charged with domestic violence, a felony, bound over to common pleas court.

Deitering Landscaping, Inc., Leipsic, default judgment v. Justin Gazarek, North Baltimore, in the amounts of $4,037.75, $600 and $216.75, plus interest and costs.

Feb. 6

Jefferson Capital Systems, LLC, Golden, Colo., default judgment v. Todd A. Wolfe, Columbus Grove, $1,481.81, plus interest and costs.

Orthopaedic Institute of Ohio, Lima, default judgment v. John M. Bejarano, Columbus Grove, $311.85, plus interest and costs.

Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay, default judgment v. John G. Gibson, Ottawa, $1,829.71, plus interest and costs.
