JP Morgan Chase Bank, National Association, Columbus, was granted a foreclosure from Edwin L. Suter, Ottawa, and Lou A. Suter, Ottawa, in the amount of $17,854.98, plus interest and costs.

Jan. 3

Freedom Mortgage Corp., Fishers, Ind., was granted a foreclosure from Bernadette F. Bear, Cloverdale, in the amount of $48,181.70, plus interest and costs.

Jan. 5

Todd M. Settlemire, 37, Leipsic, was referred to the WORTH Center for attempted tampering with evidence and aggravated possession of drugs. He was placed on five years community control, must obtain and maintain employment and successfully compete all counseling and treatment recommended.

Justin D. Lammers, 24, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to disseminating matter harmful to juveniles. He faces up to 12 months in prison and $5,000 in fines. He also pleaded guilty to attempted aggravated possession of drugs. He faces up to 180 days in jail and $1,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is continued with sentencing scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Feb. 13. Any illegal drugs seized is to be forfeited to the arresting agency.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

Dec. 29

Kayla M. Hazelton, 38, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of criminal mischief. Sentence: 60 days jail, 59 days suspended, $150 fine and complete a mental health assessment. A charge of assault was dismissed.

Dec. 30

Stephanie R. Powell, 51, Napoleon, pleaded no contest to drug paraphernalia and was found guilty. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $250 fine.

Jan. 3

Theodis Sharp, 34, Lima, pleaded guilty to obstructing official business. Sentence: 90 days jail, 80 days suspended, $75 fine, and credit given for two days served.

Jan. 5

Chad R. Hubert, 23, Fort Jennings, was found guilty during a trial to the court of disorderly conduct and was fined $75 and court costs.

Mario Hernandez, 49, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to driving under OVI suspension. Sentence: 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $250 fine. Charges of driving under suspension and driving without a valid license were suspended.

Caitlin M. Roby, 29, Lima, pleaded guilty to village income tax and was fined $50.

Wesley R. Roby, 28, Lima, pleaded guilty to village income tax and was fined $50.
