WAPAKONETA — A Wapakoneta man was arrested and charged with gross sexual imposition and rape of a person under 13 on Friday, according to police records.
Scott Dickman, 46, is accused of four counts of first-degree felony rape and one count of gross sexual imposition, a third-degree felony. The incident is alleged to have occurred on Dec. 12, 2022.
Dickman is being held at the Auglaize County jail without bond. No court date has been set as of Monday.
