Dec. 16

Juan F. Pardo, 27, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to aggravated possession of drugs. He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was modified to allow him to live in a residence in Napoleon while a presentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 9 a.m. Feb. 2. The jury trial scheduled for Dec. 28 was vacated.

Donald E. Hammons, III, 45, Van Wert, pleaded guilty to burglary. He faces up to 8 years in prison and $15,000 in fines. He also pleaded guilty to an amended charge of trafficking in drugs. He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a presentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 9 a.m. Feb. 9. The state is recommending 4.5 years in prison served concurrent to the other charge and restitution to the MAN unit in the amount of $300. A charge of grand theft of a motor vehicle was dismissed.

Dec. 20

Rodney C. Hall, 56, Lima, was sentenced to 90 days in jail for non-support of dependents to be imposed starting Feb. 1, 2023. He was placed on five years community control. He must obtain and maintain employment and successfully complete all treatment and counseling recommended.

Rodrigo I. Arroyo-Herrera, Ottawa was granted a divorce from Elizabeth H. Cervantes-Robles, Florence, Ky. They were married Jan. 27, 2004 in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico and have three children.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

Dec 15

Randal C. Ridenour, 31, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to three counts telecommunications harassment. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended, must have no contact with the victims or with internet-accessible devices and placed on three years’ probation. He also pleaded guilty to an amended charge of criminal mischief. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended. Another charge of telecommunication’s harassment was dismissed.

Ray P. Ward Jr., 30, Toledo, pleaded guilty to criminal trespassing. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $150 fine and not to be present on the victim’s property for two years.

Anthony D. Cook, 22, Findlay, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. Another charge of OVI and left of center were dismissed.

Dec. 19

Winston D. Fuetter, 28, San Francisco, Calif., pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. Another charge of OVI and left of center were dismissed.

Frank Gephart, 50, Continental, pleaded guilty to criminal trespass. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, fined $50 and not be present on Continental school property for two years.

Devin M. Lancieri, 21, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to no operator’s license. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $150 fine.

Jennifer L. Searfoss, 45, Kalida, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 174 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one year license suspension, with credit for six days jail upon completion of DIP. Charges of OVI and signal before changing lane was dismissed.
