Putnam County Common Pleas Court
The following individuals were indicted Wednesday by the Putnam County Grand Jury.
Joey Spath, 43, Columbus Grove; having weapons under disability.
Ricardo Minjarez, 53, Leipsic; two counts driving under the influence of alcohol and driving under suspension.
Lesley E. Rosales, 46, Leipsic; two counts aggravated possession of drugs, driving under suspension and tail lights.
James C. Berger, 32, Leipsic; breaking and entering and theft.
Terry L. Dockery, III, 25, Ottawa; assault.
Rogelio L. Pardo, 42, Leipsic; aggravated possession of drugs.
Cooper Rademacher, 19, Fairborn; three counts aggravated possession of drugs.
Dion J. Fleet, 22, Montpelier; aggravated possession of drugs.

Nov. 30
Valentin L. Jimenez, pleaded no contest to driving without a valid license and was found guilty. Sentence: 180 days jail, 170 days suspended, $150 fine. Motion to set aside plea is withdrawn and dismissed.
Dec. 1
Joey Spath, 43, Columbus Grove, charged with having weapons under disability, a felony, bound over to common pleas court.
Arthur L. Lomeli, 33, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to drug paraphernalia. Sentence: $150 fine.
Dec. 5
Derek J. Youngpeter, 34, Pandora, pleaded no contest to village income tax and was fined $50.
Sierra R. Youngpeter, 31, Pandora, pleaded no contest to village income tax and was fined $50.
Ron S. Deckard, 50, Pandora, pleaded no contest to village income tax and was fined $50.
Dec. 6
Steven D. Heffner, 53, Lima, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of physical control. Sentence: 30 days jail, 27 days suspended, $750 fine, $325 suspended, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. A charge of stop sign violation was dismissed.
Dec. 8
Tammy L. King, 62, Fort Wayne, pleaded guilty to theft. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended, $100 fine, $50 suspended.
