Mark E. Morning, 40, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of domestic violence. He faces up to 18 months in prison and $5,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a presentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 10 a.m. Dec. 29.

Rebecca A. Brinkman, Kalida, and Roger Brinkman, Kalida, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Aug. 4, 2000 in Kalida and have no children.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

Nov. 18

Brian Karhoff, 25, Elida, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one year license suspended, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. Another charge of OVI and expired registration plates were dismissed.

Nov. 21

Dustin W. Shuherk, 34, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct. Sentence: $150 fine.

Guillermo M. Hernandez, 47, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid license. Sentence: 180 days jail, 170 days suspended, $150 fine.

Nov. 22

Todd M. Settlemire, 37, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of license forfeiture. Sentence: $500 fine. A charge of slow speed was dismissed.

Alex J. Hale, 22, Lima, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. Sentence 180 days jail, 179 days suspended, $250 fine and complete a drug/alcohol assessment.
