The following individuals were indicted by the Putnam County Grand Jury on Wednesday.

Mark E. Morning, 40, Columbus Grove; domestic violence.

Jeremy J. Knoll, 47, Leipsic; aggravated burglary and domestic violence.

Justin D. Lammers, 24, Leipsic; aggravated possession of drugs.

Christina M. Howell, 32, Columbus Grove; aggravated possession of drugs and endangering children.

Alexander D. Ketcham, 26, Delphos; aggravated possession of drugs, failure to reinstate license, failure to display license plate, and tail lights.

Rogelio L. Pardo, 41, Leipsic; domestic violence.

Somer B. Bullinger, 42, Dupont; aggravated possession of drugs.

Todd M. Settlemire, 37, Leipsic; aggravated possession of drugs.

Ethan J. Yinger, 31, Ottawa; illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto grounds of a specified governmental facility.

Cody C. Taylor, 29, Cygnet; theft.

Oct. 24

Tony Gutierrez, 33, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to attempted tampering with evidence. He faces up to 18 months in prison and up to $5,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a presentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 8:30 a.m. Dec. 1.

Oct. 27

Todd M. Settlemire, 37, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to attempted tampering with evidence. He faces up to 18 months in prison and $5,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 11:30 a.m. Dec. 19.

Oct. 28

Andre M. Woods, 27, Ottawa, was sentenced to 210 days in jail for violating community control sanctions. The violations included using methamphetamines and marijuana July 28, failing to report to a scheduled office visit on Aug. 16 and failing to report for drug testing. He was placed on five years community control and given credit for 198 days served as of Oct. 27. He must successfully complete all counseling and treatment recommended. He was originally convicted of tampering with evidence and trafficking in drugs (cocaine).

Oct. 31

Crystal Cattell, 41, Fostoria, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of theft, a misdemeanor. She faces up to 180 days in jail and $1,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 9:30 a.m. Dec. 22. Defendant agrees to pay $7,914 in restitution.

Oct. 20

Joe E. Bonar, 63, Oakwood. pleaded guilty to criminal damaging. Sentence: 84 days jail, $100 fine, with credit given for time served. He also pleaded guilty to failure to stop after an accident. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended, $150 fine, suspended, license suspended 180 days and must complete a drug/alcohol assessment.

Javier G. Alvarado, 19, Gilboa, pleaded guilty to assault. Sentence: 180 days jail, 179 days suspended, $150 fine and complete a drug/alcohol assessment.

Kelle Robach, 40, Kalida, pleaded guilty to failure to reinstate. Sentence: 180 days jail, 175 days suspended, and a $150 fine.

Oct. 21

Samantha L. Johnson, 41, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to assault. Sentence: 180 days jail, 174 days suspended, $150 fine, and complete an assessment at Pathways Counseling Center. A charge of domestic violence was dismissed.

Drake Kepner, 29, Hamler, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended, $250 fine and complete assessment at Pathways Counseling Center.

Ashley N. Reynolds, 30, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. Sentence: 30 days jail, 29 days suspended, fined $150.

Oct. 24

Lane E. Schnipke, 20, Lima, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of persistent disorderly conduct and was fined $75.

Jesse P. Jacob, 27, Lodi, pleaded guilty to persistent disorderly conduct. Sentence: 30 days jail, 29 days suspended, $150 fine.

Oct. 25

Kimberli I. Saum, 48, Arcadia, pleaded guilty to assault. Sentence: 180 days jail, 179 days suspended, $150 fine. A charge of domestic violence was dismissed.

Oct. 31

Joshua J. Douglass, 21, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless operation. Sentence: $150 fine.

Justin R. Watkins, 37, Fort Jennings, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of criminal mischief. Sentence: 60 days jail, suspended, $150 fine.

Nov. 1

Jerry Cuevas, 57, Belmore, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of persistent disorderly conduct. Sentence: 30 days jail, 29 days suspended, $150 fine. Two counts domestic violence and two counts assault were dismissed.

Nathan J. Schroeder, 43, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to failure to comply with underage laws. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended, $500 fine and complete 20 hours community service within six months. A charge of allow underage possession was dismissed.

Kurt J. Miller, 48, Cloverdale, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of unauthorized use of property. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $100 fine, and not be present at Dollar General for one year.
