Sept. 28

Beth A. Petersen, New Bavaria, and Jon E. Petersen, Leipsic, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Sept. 4, 1987 in Glandorf and have no minor children.

Sept. 29

Aaron L. Hazelton, 34, Pandora, was sentenced to 90 days jail for obstructing official business (amended). He was given credit for 11 days served with the rest suspended pending successful completion of reporting probation for five years. He must successfully complete all counseling and treatment recommended.

Oct. 3

Andre M. Woods, 27, Ottawa, was found in violation of community control standards. The violations included using methamphetamines and marijuana and failing to report to his supervising officer. He was originally convicted of trafficking in drugs (cocaine) and tampering with evidence. Sentencing on the matter was scheduled for 10 a.m. Oct. 27.

Oct. 4

Ronald Dillingham Jr., 46, Lima, was sentenced to six months in at Putnam County Jail for violating community control standards. The violations included operating a motor vehicle under the influence, operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, failing to report to his supervising officer of his residence, failing to report to his supervising officer, using alcoholic beverages, failing to make child support payments, and failing to obtain and maintain employment. He was placed on five years community control and was given credit for 162 days served. He was originally convicted of non-support of dependents.

Barbara L. Spangler, Leipsic, was granted a divorce from James R. Spangler, Leipsic. They were married July 21, 2007 in Gatlinburg, Tenn. and have no children.

Oct. 5

Seth M. Plotner, 31, Leipsic, was sentenced to 14 months in jail for violating community control standards. The violations included failing to report to his supervising officer, changing residences without permission and using fentanyl. The judge suspended 358 days of the sentence and placed him on five years community control. He must pay restitution of $7,262.67. He was originally convicted of misuse of credit cards.

Thomas R. Rosenbauer, Ottawa, was appointed to serve a five-year term to the Putnam County Veterans Service Commission. The term starts Sept. 26 through Dec. 31, 2027.

Marsha M. Hunt, Continental, and Jay W. Robey, Spencerville, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married June 11, 2017 in Cloverdale and have no children.

Credit Acceptance Corp., Columbus, was granted the sum of $18,371.32, plus interest and costs from Olivia Orduno, Ottawa.

Oct. 6

Manuel T. Bartsch, 35, Leipsic, was sentenced to 11 days in jail for possession of a fentanyl-related compound. He was placed on five years community control, ordered to obtain, and maintain employment, and successfully complete all counseling and treatment recommended.

Rodney C. Hall Sr., 56, Lima, pleaded guilty to nonsupport of dependents. He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a presentence investigation is conducted with sentencing for 9 a.m. Dec. 19.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

Sept. 29

Matthew A. Bolyard, 45, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of physical control. Sentence: 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $375 fine, one year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP.

Helena Z. Rivera, 40, Toledo, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid license. Sentence: $150 fine.

Sept. 30

Melissa M. Arnett, 35, Vaughnsville, was found guilty of disorderly conduct following a trial to the court. Sentence: $150 fine. A jury found her not guilty of assault and inciting.

Oct. 4

Markellus D. Cobbs, 32, Lima, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension. Sentence: 30 days jail, $250 fine, $150 suspended.
