Aug. 22

Jeffrey T. Stocklin, 40, Lima, pleaded guilty to domestic violence, a misdemeanor. He faces up to six months in jail and $1,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a presentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 1 p.m. Oct. 6.

Aug. 24

Nicholas J. Gerding, Sr., 59, Glandorf, was granted a divorce from Kimberly Barth-Gerding, Glandorf. They were married March 29, 2014 in Logan and have no children.

Aug. 25

Alicia D. Hazelton, 37, Napoleon, was found to contempt for failing to pay court-ordered child support. She is facing up to 30 days in the Putnam County Jail and fines up to $250. Sentencing was scheduled for 10 a.m. Nov. 16.

Shana L. Williams, 40, Lima, was referred to the WORTH Center for violating community control standards. The violations included using and possessing illegal drugs. She was placed on five years community control and must complete all counseling and treatment recommended. She was convicted of aggravated possession of drugs.

Jerron M. Jackson, 28, Uniondale, Ind., was sentenced to 180 days in jail for violating community control standards. The violations included using methamphetamine and marijuana, changing residences without permission, failing to report to his supervising officer, using alcohol, and failing to attend counseling as directed. He was referred to the WORTH Center in lieu of jail. He must obtain and maintain employment and successfully complete all counseling and treatment recommended. He was originally convicted of aggravated possession of drugs.

Mitchel J. Gerdeman, 29, North Baltimore, pleaded guilty to theft. He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a presentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 10 a.m. Oct. 13. The state agrees to remain silent but recommends the payment of restitution in the amount of $2,963.51.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

Aug. 18

Amy M. Lusk, 31, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to persistent disorderly conduct. Sentence: 30 days jail, 29 days suspended, $100 fine.

Aug. 25

Madison M. Randall, 28, Swanton, charged with drug abuse/possession, a felony. Bound over to common pleas court.

Shane C. Lawhorn, 33, Cloverdale, pleaded guilty to littering. Sentence: $150 fine.
