The Indians battled back from a nine-point halftime lead, in part thanks to a 23-16 run in the third quarter.
Nick Pasion added 12 points for Shawnee (2-2). Trevick Bertke added eight points and eight rebounds. Tate Bender had nine points and seven rebounds.
