MILLER CITY — Ottoville, ranked No. 3 in Division II in the latest Ohio Scholastic Soccer Coaches Association poll, defeated Miller City 4-2 in a battle of unbeaten boys soccer teams.
Nick Quartana, Preston Mansfield, Garrett Trentman and Alex Leis each had a tally for the Big Green, who improved to 13-0 overall and 2-0 in the Putnam County League. Silas Niese and Aaron Schnipke each had a goal for Miller City, now 12-1 on the season and 3-1 in the PCL.
Carson Hilvers got the shutout in goal as Ottoville had a 13-8 advantage in shots on goal.
