DOLA — Will Knight (16), Ayden Simpson (12) and Joey Hoersten (11) each scored in double digits as Perry defeated Hardin Northern 79-50 Friday night in boys basketball.

HARROD — Garett Newland and Keaton Lehman each had 17 points and Keaton Miller scored 10 for Allen East. Jefferson’s individual scoring was not reported by deadline.

CELINA — Austin Miller had 21 points and Brady Wheeler scored 14 for Shawnee. Dylan Feister had eight points and Josh Rasawehr scored six for Celina.

BATH TOWNSHIP — Gunnar Stout had 16 points and Tyson Lawrence and Jarret Jolliff each scored eight for Kenton. Cole Craddock and Andrew Stahr each had 12 points for Bath.

ONU game canceled

ADA — This afternoon’s game between Capital and Ohio Northern at Capital Center Performance Arena in Columbus has been canceled due to COVID-19 protocols at Capital.

Per Ohio Athletic Conference COVID-19 protocols, the game is officially declared a “no contest.” ONU will be awarded the win in the OAC standings while Capital will receive a loss.

The Polar Bears will now return to action at 5 p.m. Wednesday to face Ohio Wesleyan for the first of their two games in the Otterbein Invitational.
