Local counties to receive water funding

COLUMBUS — Governor Mike DeWine announced $122.7 million in grants to go toward improving water infrastructure in 59 counties across the state.

Wapakoneta will receive $3 million; Pandora will receive $500,000; Lima will receive $1,641,200; Dunkirk will receive $98,000; Putnam County will receive $33,000 and Convoy will receive $1,166,500.

The Ohio BUILDS Water and Wastewater Infrastructure Grant Program has provided funding to local water projects since 2021.
