SPENCERVILLE — Charles River Laboratories was honored by the Spencerville Local Schools Board of Education recently. According to a press release, the organization supports the school district in multiple ways.
“Some examples of their contributions include STEM funding, the donation of school supplies, sponsoring of the Back-to-School Fair, instructional support and more,” Spencerville Board of Education President Nate Pohlman said in the release.
Charles River Laboratories was recognized through the Ohio School Board Association’s 2024 Business Honor Roll program on May 21.
“Spencerville Schools and its students, board members, administration and staff would like to express their sincere appreciation for all that they do for the children of our community,” Superintendent Brian Woods said in the release.
