Vance co-authors letter on U.S. Steel

WASHINGTON, D.C. —Sen. JD Vance, R-Ohio, along with Sen. Josh Hawley, R-Missouri, and Marco Rubio, R-Floria, sent a letter urging President Biden to block the purchase of U.S. Steel by Nippon Steel.

The letter called on the president to exercise his authority under the Defense Production Act or Internation Emergency Economic Powers Act to block the sale.
