LIMA — Crime Victim Services will host an open house for National Crime Victims’ Rights Week from 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, April 23 at their offices at 330 N. Elizabeth St., Lima.
CVS will also hold a candlelight ceremony featuring a moment of silence in the garden in front of the office following the event.
This year’s theme for the week that runs from April 21 to 27 will be “How would you help?”
