LIMA — The Lima Symphony Orchestra will start its next season with “Electric Love” at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 19.
Other shows scheduled include “Brahms and Water Music” on Nov. 8, “Bells, Brass and Bows” on Dec. 14, “Carmen and Bolero” on March 8, 2025, and “Gershwin and the American Sound” on April 5, 2025, all set to start at 7:30 p.m.
Special events for the season will include a New Year’s Eve show featuring disco and Motown music at 7:30 p.m. Dec. 31, organ by candlelight shows at 7:30 p.m. Jan. 18, 2025 at Trinity United Methodist Church and at 4 p.m. Jan. 19 at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Minster, as well as the family concert “Symphonic Safari” at 3 p.m. Feb. 2.
All shows unless otherwise listed are at the Veterans Memorial Civic and Convention Center in Lima.
