LIMA — The Lima Memorial Foundation will pay tribute to Dr. C. Lynn Thompson, the health system’s first vice president of medical affairs, during its Ovation philanthropic awards ceremony Thursday at Lima Memorial Health System Medical Park on Eastown Road.
“Dr. Thompson has made an incredible impact on the health and well-being of our community,” LaShae Burwell, director of the Lima Memorial Foundation, said in a press release. “We are extremely honored to recognize his legacy and all those who will be achieving significant giving milestones during this year’s Ovation event.”
Thursday’s event will honor individuals and businesses that have contributed at least $25,000 to the foundation.
