LIMA — Crime Victim Services will partner with local businesses for Sexual Assault Awareness Month in April. According to a recent press release, the participating businesses will provide information on how to combat sexual violence.
The businesses include The Meeting Place, Phoenix Nutrition, Beauty by Jill, Winans Coffee & Chocolate, Central District, Touch of Europe, Plush, The Grind and Lady Red. The Bradfield Community Center will also be hosting a “pound and paint” event from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. on Friday, April 26, at 550 S. Collett St. The release also states the event will be full of learning and cardio.
