LIMA — The Ohio Department of Agriculture has issued a public notice for a final permit to install and operate to Meiring Poultry Farm. According to a recent press release, the final permit can potentially be appealed. The release also states the notice and fees can be sent before 5 p.m. on Friday, April 26 to the Environmental Review Appeals Commission, 30 East Broad Street, 4th Floor, Columbus.
