LIMA — Lima City Councilman Thomas Jones announced an event with food and family fun May 18 at Cook Park.
Mayor Sharetta Smith and the Lima Police Department will be on hand to help dismantle “biases or preconceived notions about our wonderful community,” Jones said in a statement.
The statement added that the event is intended to bring resources and information to the community.
There will also be a community kickball game that residents can register for by following this link.
