LIMA — The WOCAP Winter Crisis Program will end March 31.
The program helps Ohioans at or below 175 percent of the federal poverty guidelines pay their heating bills.
Anyone interested in applying for the program must have an interview with WOCAP by March 28 as it is closed for the three days following that.
