LIMA — The city of Lima is accepting proposals to purchase and develop groups of residential and commercial lots until April 17.
Anyone interested in city-owned sites at or to the south of the Ottawa River can apply by visiting limaohio.gov and finding the “Open Bid Opportunities” icon.
