LIMA — The Lima Sister Cities Association will hold its annual Cherry Blossom Festival from 1 to 5 p.m. April 13 at the Japanese Garden at 202 W. Eureka St. in Lima.
There will be snacks, toys, music, games and crafts for visitors to enjoy as the association celebrates its friendship with Harima-cho, Japan and the blooming trees.
