CELINA — Country artist Matt Stell will join Ernest as the headlining act of the Mercer County Fair on Aug. 9.
Previously announced performer Josh Ross dropped out of the show Stell and Ernest will perform at the 8 p.m. show at the fairgrounds in Celina.
