LIMA — For anyone who has longed to carve a face onto a sweet potato, the Johnny Appleseed Metropolitan Park District has an event for you.
The Lima Area Woodcarvers will lead a carving session from 7-8:30 p.m. on Monday, March 4, at the McElroy Environmental Education Center, 2355 Ada Road, Lima.
The program is limited to 10 participants ages 13 and older (those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult).
