LIMA — Bon Secours Mercy Health signed a joint-venture agreement last week with home-based health services provider Compassus, which will manage operations of 10 home health agencies and 11 hospice operations owned by BSMH if state and federal regulatory authorities approve.
The agreement, which affects Mercy Health Home Health and Mercy Health Hospice in Lima, will see BSMH maintain ownership of real estate assets while Compassus will manage operations at facilities in five states, according to a press release.
