LIMA — The city of Lima will hold a Council of the Whole meeting at 7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 29 at Lima City Council Chambers.
The council will consider the appointment of a public official to fill the 5th Ward seat, which became vacant when Jamie Dixon became council president.
