WESTMINSTER —The Westminster Abbey Church will hold the Sooper Bowl from noon to 1:30 p.m. Feb. 11.
The youth project will serve soups, grilled cheese and hot dogs, dessert and drinks.
Anyone can vote for their favorite soup to win prizes and bring their own soup for the competition.
