DELPHOS — Franklin Elementary will open registration for screening clinics for children entering kindergarten and the school’s begindergarden program during school hours Monday, Feb. 5 through Friday, Feb. 9, at the school, 310 E. Fourth St., Delphos.
Parents are asked to pick up registration materials and set up an appointment during those hours.
Parents should bring their child’s birth certificate, immunization record, proof of residence, custody documents if applicable and parent photo ID when they pick up registration materials.
Screening clinics, which are required for all children entering kindergarten or begindergarden, will be held from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 10; Thursday, April 11; and Friday, April 12.
Children who turn 5 years old before Aug. 1 are eligible to enroll in either program for the 2024-25 school year.
