LIMA — The Distinguished Alumni Hall of Fame is now open for nominations. According to a recent press release, the Lima City Schools choose alumni every three years. The release also states the school honors alumni who were recognized for achievements at a local, state or national level.
“We will induct an honorary member for his or her service to the oneness at schools,” Superintendent Jill Ackerman said. “That particular person does not have to be an alumnus of the school district.”
Nominees are also required to have graduated more than 15 years ago.
