LIMA — The Low-Income Household Water assistance program through the West Ohio Community Action Partnership will help residents until March 31. According to a recent press release, community members who are at or below the 175% federal poverty guidelines, disconnected from utilities or have a notice of disconnection may be eligible. WOCAP also is accepting applications for the Percentage of Income Payment Plan (PIPP). According to a recent press release, the program helps residents with energy bill assistance.
