LIMA — The Allen County Engineer announced plans to complete roadway paving. The construction will take place from 8:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Thursday on Ft. Amanda Road. According to a recent press release, the construction will take place between state Route 501 and Wonderlick Road. The road will become one lane until completion.
