LIMA — The Allen County Engineer’s office plans to repave Swaney Road in Jackson Township. The construction will take place beginning at 8 a.m. until noon on Wednesday, Sept. 6. According to a recent press release, the road will become one-lane between Napoleon and state Route 81.
