LIMA — West Ohio Community Action Partnership announced the Low-Income Household Water will provide assistance until Sept. 30. According to a recent press release, community members who are at or below the 175% federal poverty guidelines, disconnected from utilities or have a notice of disconnection may be eligible. WOCAP will also provide assistance to those in need with electric bills, central air needs, air conditioners and fans.
