LIMA — Rhodes State College has announced the 2023 Circle of Excellence: Kenneth Blanchard, Cynthia Brandehoff, Richard Kohli, Dr. Lori Ludwig and Nicole Scott. The college annually recognizes students with an Associate’s Degree from Rhodes State College or the Lima Technical College for excelling in their career field.
