LIMA — The Allen County Board of Developmental Disabilities honored individuals at the annual Partnership Luncheon. Superintendent Theresa Schnipke announced the 2023 Partner Award winners: The John Wilt “I Love My Community” Award-Nathan Miller; Partner in Advocacy-Mandy Lehman; Partner in Employment-Andrew Ellis; Partner in Service Provision-Jerry Hunt and Stephanie Parsons; Partner in the Community-Alexa Miller; Partner in Education-the Allen County ESC; President’s Award-Linda Lehman, Cindy Pottkotter and Jason Fleming of Garmann Miller.
