ODOT to hold open house for public to attend transportation meeting

LIMA —The Ohio Department of Transportation will have an open house for the public to attend a meeting for the draft of the 2024-2027 Statewide Transportation Improvement Program.

The open house will run from 3 to 6 p.m. April 4 at ODOT District 1’s Headquarters, 1885 N. McCullough St., Lima.

The STIP is the state’s four-year transportation planning document, according to information released by ODOT. It lists the projects that the department has planned.

The public will be able give comments to officials from the department about projects planned for the following counties: Allen, Defiance, Hancock, Hardin, Paulding, Putnam, Van Wert and Wyandot.

The program will be available for public review and comment online through April 10.
