LIMA — Sixth Ward Council member Dr. Derry Glenn has invited JJ Parkey and Carlos Cardova from the Lovewell Institute for Creative Arts to Lima. The two artists will stay in Lima from March 13 through Saturday. They will host various workshops throughout the week teaching students about theater. Parkey and Cardova will end the week with a presentation at 2 p.m. on Saturday.
