Spencerville schools superintendent submits resignation

SPENCERVILLE — Cynthia Endsley, superintendent of Spencerville schools, has submitted her resignation from that position effective at the end of the current school year.

According to minutes of the Feb. 21 meeting of the Spencerville board of education, the administrator’s last day of employment with the school district will be July 31, the expiration date of her current contract.

Endsley, who earned $110,672 annually, was hired at Spencerville in December of 2019 to replace former superintendent Dennis Fuge, who retired.

She came to Spencerville after serving as a middle school principal in the Anna school system. Endlsey is a graduate of St. Paul Catholic High School in Norwalk.
